Rise Rewards Terms and Conditions

By creating a Rise Rewards account, you agree to the following terms and conditions, which supplement and form a part of the Rise Gardens’ Terms of Service. Capitalized terms not defined here have the meaning given to them in the Rise Gardens’ Terms of Service.

Rise Rewards helps you earn rewards for every dollar spent on Rise Gardens’ products. Benefits of the Rise Rewards program include, but are not limited to:

• 1 point earned for every $1 spent*
• One-time welcome reward 
• Annual birthday reward 
• Points earned for completing community tasks such as leaving reviews, following Rise Gardens accounts, subscribing to Rise Gardens messaging, and Rise Gardens app engagement

*Loyalty points are applied on every purchase except for Garden & Extension purchases. Reward points are automatically multiplied for purchases made by seasonal and annual Rise Gardens’ Membership program members. Seasonal members earn double points and annual members earn triple points on purchases made by you.
Rise Gardens reserves the right to modify the automatically assigned points if an action assigned points that do not correspond with the program's rewards

Rise Gardens may adjust the terms above without justification or notice.

Purchase Eligibility

To earn rewards for a purchase, the purchase must be completed by you under your Rise Rewards account. Points do not apply to purchases made prior to account creation, through other retailers, or to purchases made outside your Rise Rewards account. In the event of any promotional offer around Rise Reward points, the purchase must be made within the specified time frame of the promotion. 

Purchases made using Rise Reward points are not eligible to earn points. 

Redemption

Points earned through Rise Rewards can be redeemed for credit towards Rise Gardens’ purchases. Points are not redeemable for cash value. Rise Reward Points are redeemable on a fixed redemption scale:

Rise Gardens may offer products or exclusive offers for point redemption from time to time. Please read the details of those offers carefully, as any additional terms presented to you during the sign-up process will form part of these Rewards Terms.

Unless specified in writing, all point redemptions are non-refundable.

Account Registration

You can register by creating an account on the Rise Garden's website, as further described in our Terms of Service. All information that you provide must be accurate, including your name, address, credit, debit or charge card numbers and expiration dates, and any other payment information. You are responsible for keeping such information up-to-date and must provide changes promptly to your account page, which may be accessed through the settings page of the Rise Garden's App. Rise Gardens’ use of your information is governed by our Privacy Policy. YOU MUST PROMPTLY NOTIFY US OR OUR PAYMENT PROCESSORS IF YOUR PAYMENT METHOD IS CANCELED (E.G., FOR LOSS OR THEFT) OR IF YOU BECOME AWARE OF A POTENTIAL BREACH OF SECURITY, SUCH AS THE UNAUTHORIZED DISCLOSURE OR USE OF YOUR USERNAME OR PASSWORD.

Termination, Pausing, or Cancellation of Membership

If you pause or terminate your Rise Gardens’ Membership, you may earned multiplied points with your Membership benefit until the end of the then-current period. Once your Membership period ends, you will no longer receive multiplied points on Rise Gardens’ purchases. You will not lose any points previously earned while your Rise Gardens Membership was active. 

Suspension/Termination by Rise Garden's

Rise Gardens may immediately terminate or suspend your account, and all or a portion of your Rewards, without notice if: (a) payment for a Rise membership is overdue (provided that we will use reasonable efforts to notify you of the overdue payment before we terminate or suspend); (b) you provide false or inaccurate information; (c) you violate these Rewards Terms, the Terms of Service, or any other Rise Garden's rules or agreements then in effect; (d) you engage in conduct that is a violation of any applicable law or tariff (including, without limitation, copyright and intellectual property laws); or (e) if you engage in conduct that is threatening, abusive, or harassing to Rise Garden's employees, agents, or other Rise Gardens’ users, including, for example, making threats to physically harm or damage property. If we terminate or suspend your Rewards account, your license to use any software or content provided in connection with the Rise Rewards is also terminated or suspended (as applicable). If your Rise Rewards account is terminated, Rise Gardens has the right to immediately delete all data, files, and other information stored in or for your account without further notice to you. 

Refunds

If a return is made from a reward eligible purchase, points of the return’s value will be subtracted from your account balance. Any multiplied points from a purchase will be subtracted in addition to the return’s dollar value of points. 

Purchases made using redeemed points exclusively are not eligible for refunding. Unless specified in writing, all point redemptions are non-refundable. Purchases made with redeemed points applied, but not exclusively using points, are eligible for refund of the cash value spent to  the original payment method used for the purchase.
