Referral Program Terms & Conditions:
By participating in the Referral Program, you (the "Referrer") agree to abide by these Referral Program Terms & Conditions.
Referrer: you, an owner of an indoor garden by Rise Gardens of any type of garden from the following: Personal Garden, Single Family Garden, Double Family Garden or Triple Family Garden.
Referred Customer: a friend or family member who has not previously shopped with Rise Gardens before and to whom the Referrer shares their link.
Rise Gardens reserves the right to review, investigate, and disqualify any Referral Credit that violates the Rise Gardens' Referral Program, such as attempting to gain a discount through self-referral by using a different email address, or distributing a referral Link via commercial advertising or spam. Rise Gardens may delay any discount for the purposes of investigation and may refuse to verify and process any transaction for any reason. Referrer OR Referred customer may NOT combine Referral discount with another offer and Referral discounts only apply on full price items. If you cancel your order, the discount may no longer be valid or may be withdrawn.
Referrers should only invite a friend or family member after receiving prior permission from the Referred Customer to send. Referrers must comply with all up-to-date “SPAM” laws and marketing regulations, which may include the laws where the intended Referred Customers live. For example, emails must be created and distributed in a personal manner and bulk email distribution is prohibited. Any distribution of the Referral Link that could constitute unsolicited commercial email or "spam" under any applicable law or regulation is expressly prohibited and will be grounds for immediate termination of your account and exclusion from Rise Garden's Referral Program. Rise Gardens automatically disqualifies suspicious referrals.
Eligibility is limited to individuals only. Rise Gardens' program cannot be used by businesses for affiliate lead generation, as determined by Rise Gardens' sole discretion.
Referral credits only apply towards the purchase of seed pods, nutrients & accessories.
Rise Gardens reserve the right to cancel the Referral Program or to change these Terms & Conditions at any time in its sole discretion. Rise Gardens' Referral Program is subject to modification or termination at any time without notice at Rise Gardens' sole discretion. All Referral Credits will expire one year from the date of issuance, unless otherwise notified by Rise Gardens.
